Ronnie Johns Mobile Content Services, hereafter referred to as 'The Service'

1.	Prior to purchasing from The Service, The Purchaser should confirm that The Device is compatible with The Content delivered by The Service. Information on Device compatibility is available on The Service Website identified in Schedule A.
2.	The Facilitator, The Gateway and The Promoter of The Service are identified in Schedule A.
3.	The Service is available for a number of GSM mobile phones; ringtones and graphics are still only available on select mobiles. Compatibility of the Device with The Content is governed by the manufacturer of The Device, hence out of the control of The Facilitator, The Gateway and The Promoter of The Service. To prevent any disappointment, we ask The Purchaser to check compatibility of The Device before subscribing to The Service, as listed under the compatible handsets section of which are mentioned on The Service Website identified in Schedule A.
4.	These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between The Purchaser, The Facilitator, The Gateway and The Promoter.
5.	Purchasing from The Service confirms acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6.	The Purchaser and / or The Bill Payer accept that they have been given an opportunity to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of The Service before using The Service.
7.	Alterations to these Terms and Conditions may only be made by The Promoter or Facilitator and will be posted on The Service Website. Purchasers are encouraged to check The Service Website regularly to ensure that they are not affected by any changes to The Terms and Conditions.
8.	To subscribe to The Service, The Purchaser must send an activation code through a text message from The Device to The Service Number. Standard SMS Rates additional to the cost of The Content may apply for this message.
9.	The Service is a recurring content delivery subscription that will automatically send mobile phone content at a set frequency to a mobile phone or other compatible device at a set price per item sent.
10.	The type of content, the cost of the content and the frequency of the delivery of the content are detailed in Schedule A.
11.	The Purchaser is the user and/or bill payer of the mobile phone.
12.	The Bill Payer is the person responsible for the payment of the account related to The Device.
13.	The Device is a mobile phone or any other electronic device capable of receiving The Content.
14.	The Device will sent The content from The Service.
15.	Each content item sent to The Device will be in accordance with the details set out in Schedule A.
16.	The Purchaser warrants that they are either: a) The Bill Payer for the mobile phone being subscribed to the service or; b) That The Purchaser has disclosed the Terms and Conditions of The Service to the Bill Payer and obtained the permission of the Bill Payer prior to confirming The Subscription of The Device to The Service.
17.	The Bill Payer agrees to pay the charges associated with The Subscription of The Device to The Service in accordance with the terms of their agreement or contract with their mobile phone carrier and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18.	To the extent that it is permissible by law, The Purchaser and The Bill Payer agree to indemnify The Promoter and The Facilitator from any action or claim arising from any activity or event related to The Service.
